Nercal provides automated SEO optimization and deployment services for web applications. We connect to your GitHub repositories to analyze and optimize your code for better search engine visibility.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must authenticate with a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
4. GitHub Integration
By connecting your GitHub account, you grant us read access to your repositories as needed to provide our Service. We will not modify your original repositories without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code and content. Nercal does not claim ownership of any code or content you submit through our Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nercal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
