• GitHub account information (username, email, avatar)
• Google account information (name, email address, profile picture) when you sign in with Google
• Google Search Console data (search performance metrics, indexing status) when you connect your property
• Repository metadata and code for analysis
• Usage data and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our SEO optimization services
• Analyze your repositories for optimization opportunities
• Communicate with you about your account and services
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. Google User Data

Nercal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you sign in with Google or connect Google Search Console, we access the following data:

• Authentication: Your name, email address, and profile picture — used solely to create and manage your Nercal account.
• Google Search Console: Search performance data (clicks, impressions, positions, queries) and indexing status — used solely to display SEO analytics within your Nercal dashboard.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Nercal service. Google user data is stored securely and retained only as long as your account is active.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database services and Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, both of which maintain high security standards.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• GitHub — for repository access and authentication
• Google — for authentication (Sign in with Google) and Search Console integration
• Cloudflare — for hosting, CDN, and DNS
• Supabase — for database and authentication services
• Stripe — for payment processing

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions
• Disconnect your GitHub account at any time
• Export your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete all associated data, including any stored Google user data, within 30 days.
